This year kicked off to an amazing start… scar International Education brought over SLATE Hair Education from London this March. What incredible talent shared with our local best. We can’t wait for the supprise announcement of who we are bringing over next.
Last year scar’s sister, Roots by scar, was born. Essentially, ROOTS is a color maintenance bar. It has the added bonus of being a blow wave and treatment bar too and of having all the specifically sourced home care you need. Read more: Roots. Our barber shop, Widow Maker, is growing and expanding, now having 2 shops in Long Street. Widow Maker top of Long, has been around for 2,5 years, and Widow Makertjie, servicing the lower end of Long recently celebrated its first birthday. Cute!
On another note, the water crisis has been a evergrowing challenge. We have been trying to find sustainable solutions that we can implement, that really work and that also have the minimum effect on day to day running. Most importantly, solutions that keep our clients happy and our staff employed. A fine balance. Read more about our iniciatives.
