Candice is a local treasure, now based in Europe and is celebrated for her exceptional creativity and expertise. She serves as an International Educator, Platform Artist and Creative Director, contributing significantly to the field. She comes to us fresh from her most recent education in Columbia, Germany, Netherlands and Italy.

Born in South Africa; she is somewhat of a local legend and it’s a great honor to host her back at home for these two creative and technical sessions, especially with her now being permanently based so far away…

A Davines International Artist, Candice is a Multiple award winning stylist. (The list is so long but we simply must add it to show you the extent of her experience and skill!). She’s won 2 AIPP Awards, the most recent; for Best Commercial Collection and she’s also won 2022’s International Hairdressing Award for Best Women’s Commercial Collection. As if all of this wasn’t enough she is also Creative Director of Wyatt Academy!

Her journey into International Education started in 2010 as the winner of the Davines World Style Contest and since then she has travelled to 43 countries showcasing her skills and commercial collections. She has literally accumulated over 15 international awards.

She is an internationally recognised educator in fields of creative cut and colour and she imparts her skills to hairdressers and artistic teams world wide, elevating and inspiring as she goes.

We have known Candice for many years. She is a long time friend and fellow industry Queen and when she had her salon Wyatt, in Gauteng it was like a sister salon to us.

She has a deep commitment to excellence. Something not to be underestimated. There’s something magic about this kind of discipline and attention to detail.

This local / internash gem has already spent the last two years in Europe honing and sharing her skills over there as she has actually fully relocated now (!!!) and while a tragedy to lose her as a local we are so THRILLED that she is coming home to visit and more thrilled that (even while on holiday!) she is keen to s(hair) with us…
