Delivery policy

 

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 working day.

Scar’s method of delivery is by courier directly to your home or office in South Africa. Delivery cost and time are supplied to you at checkout. Tracking details shall be given upon request within 1 business day of order placement.

Return and Refunds policy

 

The provision of goods and services by scar is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, scar will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will have a 1) 10% administration fee of the total value of the order if the order has not yet been processed for delivery by scar or 2) 20% administration fee of the total value of the order for all orders that have already been processed for delivery by scar. The guarantees and warranties, if any, will be as per the policies of the brand/supplier.

scar always wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase; for incorrect deliveries; and for defective products, you can return and/or exchange your purchased product.

Unused/Undamaged Products (in original packaging) may be replaced, exchanged, or returned within 5 business days of delivery. Returned products will be refunded or credited to your scar account after receipt of the product by scar. scar will be entitled to retain any costs already incurred to deliver the relevant products to you or to restock or repackage the products for resale.

If you have received the Incorrect Product (i.e. a product which you did not order), you have to please notify scar within 10 business days from delivery, and scar will arrange for collection of the product and delivery of the correct product as soon as possible. Delivery fees shall be for scar’s account.

If you’ve received a Defective Product, you have to please notify scar within 10 business days from delivery, and scar will arrange for collection of the product and delivery of the same product as soon as possible. Delivery fees shall be for scar’s account.

It is important for scar that our valued clients remain happy and satisfied and scar will always try to the best of our ability to maintain this. Within 6 months of delivery of a product, if you find that the product is defective/faulty, you can notify scar thereof and scar will arrange for collection of the faulty product for inspection by the supplier. If the product is subsequently found to be defective, the products shall be repaired or replaced (the decision between repairing or replacing being that of the scar or the supplier) at no cost to the client. Normal wear and tear or damage due to incorrect usage of the product shall not be regarded as defects and you will not be entitled to any refunds. If the product is found NOT to be defective and is commercially acceptable, you will NOT be entitled to any repair, replacement or refund but will instead be liable for the costs incurred in having had such product returned to scar/supplier, and then redelivered to you.

All refunds will be made within 30 days after the product has been returned to scar.
